This bilingual corpus was developed by Dr Xu Xunfeng of the English Department, Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

With a strong focus on legal and documentary texts, the total collection consists of 100 files in each of the two languages (300,000 words in English and 500,000 characters in Chinese).
